Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship only within the United States. At this time we are unable to ship orders to Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. territories. We do not offer International shipping.
Shipping Options
- Flat Rate Standard Shipping : $9
- Free Standard Shipping : On all U.S orders over $150
- Express Shipping : Calculated at check out
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or seasonal volume.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Garden Prints is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at pr@shopgardenprints.com. While we’ll do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Garden Prints is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Shipping Delays
Garden Prints is not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, service disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
