Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason  you are not satisfied, we will happily accept items for return and offer you an online store credit or refund to your original form of payment. Items for return must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order.

 Please note, we will deduct an $8 restocking fee for returns. The fee will be waived if you opt to receive for store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn,  unused and unwashed with tags still attached. Item must be stain free (deodorant stains, make up stains, pet hair, etc ) and odor free (cigarette smoke, perfume etc. Garden Prints return form must be included in the  return package.

The shipping cost to return items(s) is the responsibility of the customer and is non- refundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Accessories and final sale items are not eligible for returns. Items 40% off and above are Final Sale and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Sale items 20% - 30% off are eligible for store credit only.

Returns sent outside the returns window will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or store credit within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at pr@shopgardenprints.com. We gladly accept returns within our policy window. However, repeated or excessive return maybe subjected to a restocking fee at our discretion.
